We are sorry that you are not satisfied with one of our products. In this case you can return it within 14 days. With the start of the return procedure, the 30-day return right granted by us begins. This applies to new, unused items as long as they are in their original packaging, including all accessories in new condition.

The right of revocation does not apply to the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygienic and health protection reasons and that have been opened after delivery. This also applies to the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software that have been opened after delivery.

I reported incorrect/incomplete address, the package returned to bici-bici.it and I have to pay extra for a new shipment. Why?
Our courier company bills us for the cost of returning a package that was not delivered because of incorrect address or because no one was home and alternative delivery was not possible. We always ask customers to track their parcel with the tracking number we email at the time of shipment.

The direct costs of returning goods, which can normally be sent back by mail, will be your responsibility. The prepaid label we make available to you on the returns portal has a cost of 14.25 Euro, which will then be deducted by us from the amount to be credited back to you, when we receive your return. If you want to send us small and light items, we recommend that you send them by regular postal letter or registered mail, which will be cheaper.

The receipt is attached to the e-mail notice of impending shipment.
