Bici-bici.it pursuant to and in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 196 of June 30, 2003, informs its customers that the personal data provided by them when signing the purchase order and / or compilation of the invoice are excluded from the consent of the person concerned as collected and held solely on the basis of the fiscal / tax obligations under the law, regulations and EU legislation and, in any case, for the sole purpose of allowing the exact consecution of the obligations arising from the purchase contract to which it is party and / or for the acquisition of the necessary contractual information always and exclusively activated at the request of the latter (art. 7 D. lgs 196/2003).

  • Indication of the identification details of the Data Controller and the Data Processor(s), as well as, if applicable, the representative designated by a foreign entity to process the data in Italy;
  • indications about the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as designated representative on the territory of the state, managers or appointees;

obtain:

  • updating, rectification or integration of data concerning you;
  • the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;

Oppose in whole or in part:
