Bici-bici.it pursuant to and in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 196 of June 30, 2003, informs its customers that the personal data provided by them when signing the purchase order and / or compilation of the invoice are excluded from the consent of the person concerned as collected and held solely on the basis of the fiscal / tax obligations under the law, regulations and EU legislation and, in any case, for the sole purpose of allowing the exact consecution of the obligations arising from the purchase contract to which it is party and / or for the acquisition of the necessary contractual information always and exclusively activated at the request of the latter (art. 7 D. lgs 196/2003).
Purpose of processing
The processing of personal data provided by you as well as those inferred from browsing the website www.bici-bici.it (hereinafter the Site) is directed to the achievement of the following purposes:
To allow access to and navigation on the Site as well as to process anonymous statistics on the use of the Site, to monitor the proper functioning of the Site and to ascertain any liability in the event of offenses committed while browsing;

Rights of the data subject
Pursuant to Article 7 et seq. of the Code, You have/have the right, among other things, to:
- Obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning you and their communication in intelligible form;
- Obtain, from the Data Controller or Processor, as identified below:
- information on the origin of the personal data, the purposes and methods of processing, the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
- Indication of the identification details of the Data Controller and the Data Processor(s), as well as, if applicable, the representative designated by a foreign entity to process the data in Italy;
- indications about the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as designated representative on the territory of the state, managers or appointees;
- updating, rectification or integration of data concerning you;
- the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
- certification of the fact that the operations referred to in points (i) and (ii) above have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where this proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;
Oppose in whole or in part:
- for legitimate reasons, to the processing of data concerning you, even if relevant to the purpose of collection;
