Our refund and return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
 
Several types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Also, we do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete the return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
 
There are some situations where only partial refunds are given:
 
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette or vinyl record that has been opened.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refund
 
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or denial of your refund.
 
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.
 
Late or missed refunds
 
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first.
 
So contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially registered.
 
Next, contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before a refund is recorded.

Sale items
 
Only regular priced items can be refunded. These items cannot be refunded.
 
Exchanges
 
We only replace items if defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
 
The gifts
 
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
 
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or if the donor had the order shipped to give it to you later, we will send a refund to the donor and he or she will be made aware of your return.
 
Shipping and returns

You will be responsible for paying shipping charges for the return of your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
 
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the replaced product to reach you may vary.
 
If you are returning more expensive items, you might consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
