ORDERING PROCESS

1. Choose items and add them to your cart

Choose on our bici-bici.it site the items you want to buy and put them in your virtual shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button. The selected items can be removed from the cart by clicking on the "Delete" button or you can change the quantity of the chosen item through the drop-down menu. When you are satisfied with your choice, click on the "Checkout" button.

2. 2. Finish the order.

Address:
If you already have a customer account with us, enter your personal email and password and log in. To change the delivery address, simply click on the 'Enter new delivery address' button. Confirm the delivery address by clicking on the 'Next step' button.

If you do not yet have a customer account with us, please enter the necessary information and click the 'Next' button. To know where to ship the goods, now we just need your address.

Method of payment:
Select a payment method. After your choice click on the 'Next' button.

Confirm and send:
On the next page we have summarized the information about your order. You can change your information through the corresponding link. By clicking on the 'Buy Now' button you consent to the binding purchase of the items in your shopping cart.

3.Confirm your order

After you submit your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email summarizing information about your purchase. This email is only to notify you that we have received your order.

4. Stipulation of the contract

When the contract between you and us can be considered concluded depends on the payment method you select. More information about this can be found in our Customer Information section.

5. Delivery

Orders will be delivered within 2-5 working days from Monday to Saturday. The products come with all important documents such as the information booklet and, of course, the invoice.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to add an item after you have placed your order, as immediately after ordering your purchase is already being processed.

No, there is no minimum spending limit. Shipping charges vary depending on the value of the cart.
